Our Story
GambleGrip started as a solution to a specific problem: iGaming operators in high-growth markets like Turkey, India, and LATAM couldn't get reliable, cost-effective communications infrastructure from mainstream providers like Twilio and Vonage.
We built HiRi Telecom to solve that — 3,000+ routes covering markets others refused. Then operators asked us for retention automation. We built the Virtual Contact Centre and CRM. Today, we're the only platform that covers the entire communications and retention stack for iGaming operators in a single, integrated product.
